Who is Cookie McCakeface?

I’m a roller derby skater and dessert lover who thinks if the “recommended serving size” of something is “one”, it better be a damn big serving.

I love big, thick, cakey cookies but also love when they’re ooey-gooey and I found that the combination of the two was hard to come by. So I set out to create the perfect (in my mind) cookie.

After taste-testing on friends and family for YEARS, when Covid-19 relieved me from my IT job, I took it as a sign to pursue my baker dreams and do what I really loved: MAKE AMAZING COOKIES.

A roller derby skater through and through, I wanted my creations to have derby names to match their personalities. And with that, Cookie McCakeface was born.
